Website speed optimization
We optimize the speed of websites that load slowly, especially on phones. We measure with real data, find what’s holding the site back (images, code, plugins, fonts, or hosting), and fix it, with a before-and-after report.

What speed optimization includes
Speed doesn’t come down to a single tweak. Real improvement comes from tackling, in order, what weighs your site down the most.
Assessment
- Measurement with PageSpeed Insights and, when available, real user data.
- Analysis of the resources slowing down each key page.
- Review of plugins, third-party scripts, and the server.
- Improvement list prioritized by impact.
Optimization
- Images in modern formats, at the right size, with lazy loading.
- Removal of unused CSS and JavaScript.
- Fonts loaded without blocking the page.
- Caching, compression, and server configuration.
Verification
- Re-measurement of the same pages.
- Visual check to confirm nothing broke.
- Before-and-after report.
- Recommendations to keep your site fast.

You: approve going live.
You get: a faster site and a final report.
A caching plugin vs. full optimization
Installing a caching plugin helps, but it rarely fixes the underlying problem.
| Aspect | Just a caching plugin | Full optimization |
|---|---|---|
| Assessment | None. | We identify what slows down each page. |
| Images | No changes. | Modern formats and the right sizes. |
| Code | Compressed, but everything still loads. | Unused code is removed. |
| Server | Not reviewed. | Configuration tuned or a recommended switch. |
| Result | Partial improvement and sometimes errors. | Measured, verified improvement. |

Website speed optimization FAQ
Can’t find your question?
Message an advisor and we’ll get back to you during business hours (Bogotá time, UTC-5).
Can you guarantee a PageSpeed score of 100?
We don’t promise that, because it depends on the platform, the hosting, and the third-party services your site uses. What we do deliver is a measured, explained improvement. On sites we build from scratch, we do aim for the highest possible score.
Will optimization change my site’s design?
No. We optimize how your site loads, not how it looks. If an improvement requires a visual change, we’ll check with you first.
What are Core Web Vitals?
They’re Google metrics for the loading experience: how long the main content takes to appear, how quickly the page responds, and whether it shifts while loading. We work on them here and also in Core Web Vitals optimization for SEO.
Does hosting make a difference?
A lot. A slow server limits any optimization. If that’s your case, we’ll show you the data and help with the hosting migration.
How long do the results last?
The improvements hold as long as plugins, heavy images, or scripts aren’t added without control. We’ll leave you recommendations and, if you’d like, keep an eye on it with a maintenance plan.
What else is website speed optimization called?
People also search for it as speeding up a website, WPO, or improving load time. It’s related to responsive design, WordPress, on-page SEO, hosting and domains, page speed, and the WhatsApp button, topics we review with you when your project needs them.
