What is the process for working with PACOWEB?
We run an assessment, send you a written proposal with scope, timeline, and price, build in phases with your reviews, and at the end we launch, train you, and keep supporting you.
Do you work with businesses in the United States?
Yes. Our only office is in Bogotá, Colombia, but we work 100% remotely with businesses across the United States and in countries like Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Peru, and Chile.
What warranty do web projects have?
Web projects include 6 months of warranty and support after delivery.
How do I pay for a project?
Payment terms are set out in the written proposal and are usually split by phase. We invoice as PACOWEB S.A.S.
Will the website or app be in my name?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the rights to the delivered work transfer to your company, as set out in the terms and conditions.
Do you sign a contract?
The written proposal, once accepted, serves as the agreement. If your company needs a formal contract, we’ll prepare one.
