3. Personal information we collect

- To provide the contracted services and support.
- To process payments, issue invoices, and comply with accounting and tax obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to requests from authorities, or to protect our rights.
7. Sale or sharing of personal information
PACOWEB does not sell personal information for money.
If we enable Google or Meta advertising cookies or pixels, the use of identifiers and internet activity data for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under certain state laws. In that case, you may opt out through the “Your Privacy Choices” link or with a Global Privacy Control signal, as explained below.
8. Sensitive personal information
We do not request sensitive personal information on our forms. If we receive it, we do not use it to infer characteristics about you and only process it for purposes permitted by law.
9. How long we keep information

10. Notice to California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants you the following rights:
- Right to know and access: to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, their sources, the purposes, and with whom we share them.
- Right to delete: to request that we delete your personal information, subject to exceptions under the law.
- Right to correct: to request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: to request that we not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information: we do not use sensitive personal information beyond permitted purposes, so we do not offer a separate link for this right.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny you services or charge you different prices for exercising your rights.
The categories of information, their sources, purposes, and recipients are as described in the preceding sections.
11. Other state privacy laws
Several states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Oregon, among others, have privacy laws that grant similar rights: to access, correct, and delete your data, obtain a copy of it, and opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of data. We handle these requests using the same procedure, to the extent your state's law applies. If we deny your request, you may ask us to reconsider by writing to the same email address.
12. How to submit a request
- Email us at info@pacoweblatam.com with your name, your state of residence, the right you wish to exercise, and a way to contact you.
- To protect your information, we will verify your identity by comparing the information you provide with the information we already have. We may ask you for additional information solely for that purpose.
- We respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we may extend this period once by an additional 45 days and will notify you of the reason.
- Opt-out requests do not require identity verification.
13. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent for proof of the permission you gave them and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us, unless the agent holds a power of attorney under applicable law.
14. Your privacy choices and Global Privacy Control
In the footer of every page of the site, you will find the “Your Privacy Choices” link. From there, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We store your choice in your browser.
We also automatically honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or extension sends this signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
15. Minors
This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it.
16. International transfer to Colombia
PACOWEB operates from Colombia, so the personal information you provide to us is processed in Colombia and may be hosted by providers in other countries. By using the site or our services, your information is transferred outside the United States. We apply the measures in this policy regardless of where the information is processed.
17. Security
We apply reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss and unauthorized access or use. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is the one posted on this page. If we make material changes, we will indicate so on the site. Please also review our terms and conditions.
